After development of the original Caboolture Shire Council website in 1999, Speedwell planned, documented and created further eBusiness modules including:
- a business directory that allows constituents to submit their details, while permitting Council staff to screen and respond to the submissions; and
- an online rates payment facility using the Council's selected payment gateway.
The content is controlled by a secure custom content management system that complements the functionality of these modules, as well as components for Council meeting minutes, the annual report, local laws, tenders, news, positions vacant and contact details.
