Cable & Wireless Optus
Within a tight timeframe, Optus needed to plan, design, build, test and launch a key application for a web-based telephone billing and help-desk system.
Speedwell worked with Optus' marketing, operations and technical personnel to:
- define product branding;
- map site components;
- storyboard user interfaces;
- develop the solution; and
- integrate with back-end legacy systems.
Deliverables also included a style guide and CD ROM. The result was the launch of a highly successful new product.
