Intranet Applications
Speedwell have developed many intranet applications for the Brisbane City Council including the design, development and deployment of the "Pioneer" strategic management and monitoring software. The development and implementation of Pioneer, was recognised by the Harvard Business School who granted BCC entrance to their Balanced Scorecard Hall of Fame.
Other intranet applications which Speedwell and their staff have been involved include:
- Program Planning System (A strategic planning and monitoring tool)
- Operational Planning System (A tool for development of operational plans)
- LAS Tree Audit System
- Online Delegations (A system to record and control the delegation of powers within BCC)
- iReceipting (online receipting for ratepayers)
