Brisbane Airport

The goal: Brisbane Airport approached Speedwell to define and develop an iPhone application as part of their overall digital strategy to improve passenger experience and efficiencies at the airport.
What we did: To achieve these outcomes, Speedwell worked closely with Brisbane Airport’s marketing and IT teams to collaborate with multiple business units as well as leverage research from QUT. The end result was an App that gives travellers instant access to information about departures and arrivals, parking products, pricing and pre-booking, shopping and dining, terminal maps, directions and navigation to the airport, and things to do and see in Brisbane and beyond.

Also cool: Recognising the growing visitor market from Asia, the application is designed to be multilingual and has been released with content available in simplified Chinese with additional languages planned for the future.
