| Intranet Application |
A division of Foster’s Group, Australian Leisure
& Hospitality (ALH), needed to develop an Intranet to service the
needs of its 7,500 employees in 165 locations around Australia.
Speedwell worked with ALH extensively to plan and
document the project before building the solution. Intranet modules include:
- Document Management: Forms & Manuals;
- Training Calendar;
- Bulletin Board;
- Knowledge Base (a knowledge sharing tool);
- Telephone Directory; and
- Multi-function search.
All functionality exists within
a framework of secure permission levels that determine user rights to
view and alter information. The Intranet also complies with corporate
identity requirements for the division, hence its distinctive user interface.
