The NRMA Web Repair Management System (WRMS) is a
computerised tender processing system that processes motor vehicle repair
claims made on NRMA insurance policies.
This impressive B2B solution creates
substantial savings by linking the insurer with the smash repair industry,
and providing process evaluation and management reporting.
This large
scale secure extranet facility has taken a year to construct and is still
being enhanced. The solution was built using Java, Oracle and IBM
Websphere technologies.
