PPS (Program Planning System)

Brisbane City Council budget and plan for a $1 billion budget every year.

This process involves hundreds of staff and management and takes many months to propose, prepare and pass through council.

Speedwell staff originally designed and implemented the system, and Speedwell have been involved in improving and upgrading the system since implementation.

The system tightly integrates with the council's third party budget system as well as their project management systems, operational planning systems and the award winning Pioneer dashboard (also developed by Speedwell).

Speedwell's knowledge and experience in designing and implementing integrated Strategic, and Operational management systems is unsurpassed.

The system was developed as a J2EE application connecting to an Oracle database.
