Warner Theme Parks
Warner Theme Parks approached Speedwell to create
an extranet training tool to enhance knowledge of theme park offerings
among travel agents.
The result was the “Scooby Doo’ploma”,
an online quiz that can be taken by travel agents anywhere in the country.
Those who achieve the required score are awarded with the Doo’ploma
and are eligible to receive a prize. The system allows Warners to modify
the questions and keep track of scores for statistical purposes. Grrrreat!
