Each role plays an important part in our quality process.
Account Director
The account director will be your primary
point of contact with respect to contractual and billing issues.
They are responsible for establishing and maintaining a positive ongoing
relationship with your firm.
Business Analyst
Business analysts work with the client
throughout the planning phase of development to:
- define the overall Internet strategy;
- document the business requirements of each project;
- prioritise information according to your key business
objectives;
- prepare data flow diagrams, functional specifications
and process logic for each project.
Information Architect
An Information Architect will
focus on site usability, accessability, scalability and ongoing maintainability
issues. They will liaise and manage user focus groups and translate
key target audience information requirements through to the final product.
The Information Architect will ensure content is presented intuitively,
and that the site complies with necessary usability and accessibility
guidelines.
Project Manager
An experienced project manager will steer
your project through our methodology and quality process. Key tasks
include:
- Resource management
- Project scheduling
- On-time and on-budget delivery
Application Developers
Technical architects, analyst programmers
and programmers design and develop custom or modular applications to suit
your requirements. Their roles include:
- Functional and technical design
- Database design and integration
- Programming and coding
- Application Security
- Database to PDF integration
- Legacy System Integration
Designers
Our Design team has proved to be among
the most successful in the business. Creative flair is required to convey
a professional online presence and intuitive user interface. Clever
design is used to illuminate key information , while associated creative
services such as games, banners and animation can add significant
value to the final solution.
Technical Services
Our network engineers provide the technical
services needed to configure and maintain websites and Internet applications.
They are experts in consulting with your technical stakeholders, as well
as third party security and infrastructure vendors.
Online Marketing
Our Online Marketing team provides the
online
marketing advice and expertise necessary to generate quality traffic
to your site. Your strategy to deliver relevant web site traffic

but well before during the planning phases. Their role includes:

Quality Assurance
The Quality Assurance team ensures that

They manage the various system QA
