When to Use Outsourced Services
When deciding how to keep your information
current, you should consider the cost and administrative overhead of managing
the updates yourself.
After weighing
up the options, some organisation decide to outsource website updates
to Speedwell. This means a lower up-front development cost, simpler internal
workflow processes, and a professional end result.

Speedwell's Outsourced Maintenance Services
Outsourcing maintenance to Speedwell couldn’t
be simpler. When any sort of change is required, content updates are given
to us by phone, email, fax or mail.
Service Level Agreement
Our service level agreement provides
that most simple changes are done within two business days, or on the
same day if it is business critical.
Unless otherwise
agreed with you, all changes made are uploaded to a Staging Area that
contains a non-live version of our clients’ sites. Once the changes
are approved by you on our staging area, the content is promoted to the
live environment.
Associated Costs
Speedwell normally provides the
client with written quotations for all changes. Unless otherwise
agreed, Speedwell will not commence any work without your signed-off authority.
